ClipScript / Rewriting

Keep the structure, change everything else

You found a script that works. You cannot post it — it is someone else's video, about someone else's product. What you want is the shape underneath it, refilled with your own material. That is what the rewriter does.

It runs on any video you have extracted, and there are three modes depending on what you are trying to produce.

Three modes

Everything stays spoken-word

For the two video modes, the output is written to be said out loud, not read. That is a real constraint and it is where most general-purpose AI writing goes wrong on short-form: it produces essay sentences with subordinate clauses that nobody can deliver to camera without sounding like they are reciting.

The rewriter keeps sentences at speaking length and keeps the rhythm of the original, because the rhythm is part of what made it work.

Porting across niches is the highest-leverage mode

The most reliable content arbitrage in short-form is not inventing a new format. It is taking a format that is already saturated in one niche and moving it to one where nobody is using it yet. A structure that is exhausted among fitness creators can be completely fresh in B2B software, home services or personal finance.

This mode makes that a two-minute operation instead of an afternoon. Extract the video, port the script, then edit it into your own voice — which you still have to do, because the model does not know how you talk.

What you should still do yourself

The rewrite is a first draft. Three things it cannot do for you:

Cost, limits, and the line not to cross

Rewrites do not consume minutes — one free rewrite per extracted video, stored with the item so you are not charged twice for reopening it. Minutes go to extraction only.

The intended use is producing original content on a proven structure. Do not use it to republish someone's video with the words shuffled. Structures are not ownable; scripts, brands and claims are, and a rewrite is not a licence to pass off someone else's work as yours.

Questions people ask

Does rewriting cost extra?

No. Each extracted video includes one rewrite for free. You only spend balance on extraction.

Can it rewrite a script for a completely different industry?

Yes — that is the port mode. You name the target niche and every example, pain point and selling point is replaced with one native to it, keeping the original structure and hook formula.

Can it turn a video into written content?

Yes, one mode converts the spoken script into a numbered X thread built for reading. For longer-form repurposing, see the repurposing guide.

Is it legal to rewrite someone's script?

Structure and format are not protected the way specific expression is, but this is not legal advice and the practical rule is simpler: use a rewrite as a draft for original work, never as a way to republish someone's content.
